Chef Justin Selk

Justin Selk is the former Chef de Cuisine of Ever, Chef Curtis Duffy’s restaurant in Chicago. Despite opening during the height of the pandemic, Ever earned two Michelin stars in the 2021, 2022, 2023 guides.

Recently Justin has stepped away from his role with Ever to carve his own path in food concepts and restaurants.

Selk is passionate about sourcing high-quality ingredients and drawing inspiration from the people and locations around him.

Throughout his career, his cooking has taken him to northern California, Thailand, Singapore, Korea, China, and Uruguay.
